WEEK 1 | Dropping out of UCSD to focus on business for a year

This week, I really dove in and made some solid progress across a few different projects. After getting feedback from the initial release of my app, I went back in and recoded a bunch of features. I also added new stuff, like task management and planning for e-commerce.
On the e-commerce side, I ran an ad campaign, but after looking at the results, I decided to scrap it and rebuild the whole thing from the ground up. I also redesigned the store, focusing on conversions to make sure it’s actually working for customers.
And to wrap things up, I knocked out a few new sites for SimplyQuality.co to build out the brand a little more. It's been a productive week, with a lot of small wins, but there's still plenty more to do. Onward and upward!
